Soho Boutique Congreso

“I recently stayed at Soho Boutique Congreso in Madrid and overall had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is extremely clean and looks newly renovated — the interior design is warm, modern, and very inviting. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional, and they made the check-in process smooth and easy. The room itself was a decent size, with a comfortable and well-equipped bathroom. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The only downsides were that my room faced the internal patio, and unfortunately it was located above the kitchen. During cooking hours, some food smells would come into the room, which was a bit uncomfortable. I would recommend choosing a room facing the street instead if possible. Also, the soundproofing could be improved — you can easily hear people in the hallway, and I imagine they can hear what’s happening inside the room as well. The location of the hotel, however, is absolutely fantastic — close to many attractions and great restaurants. The breakfast was decent: not a huge variety, but enough for a quick and satisfying start to the day. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and professional throughout, and the hotel’s cleanliness and design make it a great choice for anyone visiting Madrid.”

“I visited this hotel for a city break and wasn't disappointed. Upon arrival, the receptionists were very helpful and informative. Hotel is down a quiet street with very little noise outside and is within walking distance of all the main attractions. The whole hotel is spotless and rooms are very spacious. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.”
